  • Generating a short animated video based on your photo(s) and selected style
  • Delivering a downloadable digital video file

3. User-Uploaded Content

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

  • You own the photo or have the right to use it for this purpose
  • You have obtained the necessary consent from any individuals depicted in the photo, including parental or guardian consent for minors
  • The photo does not contain illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these requirements.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorise us to charge the displayed amount to your chosen payment method.

5. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because animated videos are generated and delivered instantly as digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. Please review your selected style and uploaded photo carefully before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property

The generated animated video is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or redistribute the AI-generated output. You retain ownership of your original uploaded photos. We retain all rights to the underlying technology, models, and platform.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Only upload photos you have the right to use and animate
  • Not upload content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes third-party rights
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or overload the service
  • Use the service only for lawful personal purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
